Our results:
Our ideas from the results:
- Horror films are still a popular genre and don't appear to have gone out of fashion
- Zombie films are popular, thi9s means we could create another genre or give our target audience a different genre of film to enjoy
- Members of the audience are likely to watch our horror with ther partner or with groups of friends, this means we need to make the lifestyles of our characters appear similar in the trailer so that the audience will be able to relate
- We will also need to make our trailer accessible for group viewing- we need to ensure that we don't exclude a gender or ethnicity
- We need to ensure that we pick a really effective soundtrack as this appears to be the thing that adds scariness the most for the audience
- We will ensure that we don't reveal the storyline straight away
- We will consider the idea that the audience feels the main characters shouldn't feature in the trailer
- We need to ensure that our trailer is social media friendly and has elements that people find engaging so we can ensure that the trailer will go viral
- We need to make sure that our trailer makes our audience want to watch the film
- We need to make sure that we include a memorable catch phrase and other text in our trailer
